At our shop, we stand behind the quality and freshness of every product we sell. Due to the perishable nature of our meat products, we do not accept returns once items have left our facility. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

We will gladly review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate. Products must be properly stored and handled after pickup or delivery, as we cannot be responsible for items that have been left unrefrigerated or improperly stored.
